OUR STORY
BASE was founded in 2025 with a simple premise: Austin deserved a group fitness studio that took performance seriously. Not just aesthetics. Not just vibes. Real results — the kind that show up in how you move, how you feel, and how you perform in every other area of your life.
We built BASE around four class formats — yoga sculpt, mat Pilates, strength HIIT, and active mobility — because we believe a complete training week requires all four. Strength without mobility breaks down. Intensity without recovery stalls. BASE gives you the full picture in one studio.
Every class is 50 minutes, coach-led, and programmed with intention. The music is curated. The coaching is elite. The environment is designed to make you want to come back.
THE STUDIO
BASE is located in the Eastside neighborhood of Austin, Texas — one of the city's most vibrant and active communities. The studio is designed as a performance environment: clean lines, intentional lighting, and a space that signals you're here to work.
